These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the Passport Mojo Affiliate Program (“Program”). By signing up as an affiliate, you agree to comply with these Terms.
1. Affiliate Eligibility
To join the Program, you must be at least 18 years old and have a valid email address. Affiliates may include bloggers, influencers, educators, publishers, or any individual with an audience suitable for Passport Mojo.
2. Affiliate Links and Referrals
- You will receive a unique affiliate link, scannable QR code and referral code upon registration.
- The referral link/code must be used to track sales for commission purposes.
- For the purposes of commission tracking and crediting, the Last Affiliate link click by a customer prior to purchase will override any previous link clicks and that will be the sole affiliate credited for the sale.
3. Commission Structure
- Affiliates earn 50% commission on each sale generated through their referral link. This will apply till they have made 10 sales or generated $300 in revenue whichever is first.
- The Program uses a 7-day tracking cookie, meaning you are credited for any purchase made within 7 days of a click on your affiliate link.
- Commissions are calculated based on the sale price paid by the customer, after any discounts.
4. Payment Terms
- Commissions are paid fortnightly — via [PayPal/Bank Transfer].
- Minimum payout threshold: $50.
- Commissions that are within the Refund grace period of 14 days are not taken into account when processing payouts.
- Passport Mojo reserves the right to withhold payment if fraudulent activity or violations of these Terms are suspected.
5. Affiliate Conduct
You agree to:
- Promote Passport Mojo ethically and honestly.
- Avoid spam, unsolicited emails, or misleading claims.
- Not use the Passport Mojo brand in domain names, social media handles, or misleading URLs.
- Comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including advertising and marketing laws.
6. Intellectual Property
- You may use Passport Mojo logos, marketing materials, and content provided in the affiliate portal for promotional purposes.
- All intellectual property remains the sole property of Passport Mojo.
- Modifying trademarks or marketing materials without permission is prohibited.
7. Termination
- Passport Mojo may terminate your affiliate account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any reason deemed appropriate.
- Upon termination, you will be paid any outstanding commission for valid sales up to the termination date.
8. Limitation of Liability
Passport Mojo is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your participation in the Program. Your total liability is limited to the commissions earned through the Program.
9. Modifications
Passport Mojo reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Affiliates will be notified of changes, and continued participation constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Victoria, Australia. Any disputes will be resolved under these laws.
By registering as an affiliate, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
