Refund Policy

A refund is available for the “Global Dating Edge Roadmap” bundle only if the report shows no expected improvement in dating potential compared to your current city as nominated in the profile onboarding form, represented by a GeoMatch™ score gain of +10 points out of 100, as determined by Passport Mojo’s analysis. This guarantee is based solely on Passport Mojo’s internal scoring system and location predictions, not actual dating outcomes. Refunds are only available within 14 days of purchase, and only if your current city is within our supported locations. To request a refund, contact support@passportmojo.com within 14 days of receiving your report, providing your order details and the report in question. No other refunds are offered for any other products or services, including e-books, guides, travel vouchers, or custom reports. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed.

• You shall not solicit, recruit, or attempt to solicit or recruit Passport Mojo customers, users, or affiliates for any competing business or service during the same period.
• These provisions apply to all users, paying customers, and affiliates (including customers who become affiliates and vice versa).
• Exceptions to these restrictions may be granted only with prior written consent from Passport Mojo.
